Our Story & History

Duty, Compassion, and Care

Our journey is as unique as the care we provide—founded on a deep sense of duty and compassion that intertwines personal experiences, military service, and a profound understanding of care at every level. We began as Homefront Home Care, delivering non-medical services to those who wanted to remain safely at home. Over time, we recognized a growing need for advanced in-home medical support and expanded our mission to unify Home Care and Home Healthcare under a single banner.

A Message from Our Founder, Drew Botteron, MBA, PMP

Homefront was born from my personal journey in caregiving and military service. Having spent over nine years in senior leadership across multiple healthcare organizations—and receiving caregiving services myself during recovery from a military injury—I know how comforting and reassuring it is to have professional, personable caregivers by your side.

My experience, spanning 11 months, 3 weeks, and 2 days of recovery, revealed the immense impact that truly compassionate care can have on clients and their families. This dual perspective—as both caregiver and care recipient—inspires everything we do at Homefront, from non-medical daily support to skilled medical services. We strive to provide the comfort, dignity, and independence that every person deserves.
